These are the countersunk screws to put a Delrin Flange on the non pulley side of your 3 Pound Beater Bar. We've found if you put a Delrin Flange on both sides that it reduces wear and keeps the bearing from coming out. 2 screws required per bar, sold in packs of 5 so you have spares.
