About Us

Palm Beach Bots is something I started after after a few years of building bots for my children and planning events and demonstrations in the South Florida area.  Many people new to the sport/hobby would come up to me and ask where to get kits and parts and there just wasn't a simple answer for them.  

The lack of readily available parts and kits became a barrier to entry for new builders.  Many of the kits require international shipping, many sites show stock but put items on extended back order or simply don't ship promptly.  After experiencing this myself many times and having no good answer for new builders I started Palm Beach Bots to create a reliable domestic supplier active in the combat robotics community with a background in ecommerce.  Everything listed in stock is on hand in physical inventory ready to ship out.  As we grow so will the offerings branching beyond kits and spare parts into building supplies and related equipment.
